Hours: 37 hours per week (term time only), 38 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint a talented, committed and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our dedicated and dynamic team.

We wish to appoint a Level 3 teaching assistant to:
- Support teaching and learning;
- Deliver learning to individuals, groups and, on occasion, the whole class;
- Assist with planning, monitoring and assessment;
- Support the management of pupils;
- Protect and promote pupil welfare;
- Work flexibly and collaboratively.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent, relevant qualification;
- Possess A-C in GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent, relevant qualification;
- Have experience of working successfully as a teaching assistant;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Have high expectations of themselves and others;
- Be committed to the safety and welfare of pupils;
- Have a working knowledge of the primary curriculum;
- Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school and its community.
