Call Out: External Key Holder Response in place – however will have responsibility as key contact for school
Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday – Permanent

We would like to appoint a Premises Manager. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, trustworthy and keen to work on developing the site strategy. The role is very varied and includes, maintenance of the school building, organising PPM, communicating with contractors and managing an estates team of two as well as the cleaning team to ensure the premises are kept safe and secure and ensuring health and safety is adhered.
