The Headteacher and Governors would like to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to supervise pupils during the lunch time period. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, work well in a team and be able to support the Catholic ethos of the school.
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, at this caring, popular and successful faith school at the heart of the community. The post is to work alongside our teachers to ensure all members of the class are supported as necessary, with their educational, medical or health requirements.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner with high expectations of themselves and for our children
- Be willing to join our staff team to further improve outcomes for our children by participating fully in the life of our vibrant school
- Have an understanding and a willingness to learn further about the needs of SEND children across our nurturing and inclusive school, in particular autism, ADHD, Foetol Alcohol Syndrome, Developmental Delay and Speech and Language difficulties
- Be able to work with parents to provide the very best support for all our children
- Have a positive outlook and, very importantly, a good sense of humour
