The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Officer for Sedgefield Community College as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a huge difference to the lives of the young people at our school. Joining an exceptional pastoral team, the successful applicant will work closely with students across our school, providing support and challenge to enable all of our students to meet their full potential. This particular Pastoral Support Officer role involves taking primary responsibility for the daily supervision of our internal inclusion room that is a crucial element of our school’s operation.
